Liked: :) Its a small drive away from Md Anderson. Also there's Two convenient stores, Church's and Shipleys donuts all just a quick walk away. was surprisingly pretty happy and will most definitely stay again in the future as our trips to Md Anderson will be frequent.

Very Plesant Stay

Liked: I liked the fact that it was conventional to food and quick stops I liked the secure feel.The furnishings were Spartan but I had no problem with that. I appreciated that it was CLEAN ..Even if it was an older facility it had been well maintained and upgraded..Very good for the money.

Bad

Liked: The room and bathroom are spacious
Disliked: The customer service was beyond terrible. Zero housekeeping available. The customer apparently has to take their used towels to the laundry room for exchange! This information is not available anywhere. I strongly suggest that Booking.com include this type of info on the online.space.Ravi, the front desk receptionist, was extremely rude, defensive about the obvious lack of information, and ultimately very dismissive. He in event stated that customer ratings were irrelevant for a 1 star "private property." Worse yet, he recommended that I check out immediately if I was unhappy with the lack of service and/or information.Cheap is expensive. Not worth the headache!

Disliked: this place is NOT a family place to stay, Its was all construction workers staying in a VERY CHEAP place.
