Disliked: Housekeeping does not do their job properly. They don't maintain the toilets clean properly, only spraying and leaving, They are so unfocused in their duties.Meanwhile, there are a dozen of them, but the one responsible on day 15 of July needs to take action. Encourage others to pay rent on time to foster the environment.

Liked: Friendly staff great value and the other guests were friendly warm and welcoming and really enjoyed how they have an activity board

Didn’t meet expectations

Liked: Quite a range of restaurants located on walking distance
Disliked: Dark coloured linen which wasn’t adequately clean. Room quality was less than how it appears in photographs on booking apps. Damp room with smell.

Could have been 5 stars...

Liked: Great atmosphere and the staff were just so friendly and helpful
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable! The mattress has well passed its use by date. Springs were sticking out through the sheets.
