Liked: It was conveniently located close to Health Sciences North.
Disliked: The traffic on Paris St was crazy but I also live in rural Ontario so I am not used to it.

Liked: Friendly Staff and great location.
Disliked: Pool was terrible there was stuff floating in it and the walls on the inside had dirt on them also the hot tub was boarded up. In our room the door to the hallway did not hit properly big gaps around it. The patio door was terrible the rubber at the bottom of the door was broken and made it hard to use. The hem on the curtain was down and was dragging on the floor.

Liked: beds were very comfortable, staff was helpful and very friendly, cleaning staff provided extra towels immediately when requested, like the internet connection, location to Hospital very convenient for early morning appt.
Disliked: room was a little dusty I wiped surfaces with a disposable wipe, pool was out of order, not a fan of carpet with my allergies, and I missed the sign so extra towels were not needed after all,

Great, covenient, friendly !

Liked: Friendly staff, good restaurant, close to hospital.
Disliked: Bathroom/ shower a bit dated and lots of mold in tub/ shower. Coffee pot unusable, had not been cleaned - we did not use for fear of mold. Ran water thru - came out brown. Laundry facilities/ products expensive and only 1 each of washer / dryer-- still great bonus for unexpected longer stay.

Liked: room itself was clean, well set up. pleasant
Disliked: parking wasn't great. Perkins patrons took over spots in front of hotel. Had to park around corner right next tobusy road. Ice machine on lobby floor, I was on third with slow elevator. The wi fi connection was convoluted. Didn't work. Some 600 TV stations. 95% unauthorized to view. Couldn't locate local or ontario weather stationwith big snow storm moving in.

Liked: It went pretty well, the checkin was a little lengthy but the staff were very kind and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing was exceptionally bad. The rooms were a little loud as you could hear through the walls easily.
