I would stay again

Liked: The rooms are very nice love the family room gave us plenty of room!I would stay again
Disliked: They need utensils like forks and spoons plates we had to go to dollar storeAlso breakfast was in another building down the hill it was hard on handicap people ! We had to loose our parking spots close to our room to go eat breakfast’Parking was minimum and we couldn’t park close to our room!Had to go all the way to the office from upstairs and around back to get ice!I know it’s being remodeled a lot was not super handy!Outside of the property is run down inside is nice!

Liked: Recently updated rooms which are very nice! Beds comfortable. The location is central and PERFECT to most everything you will want to do. Breakfast was decent. We got the family suite and it was perfect for the trip with kids.
Disliked: Not really anything. Everything was good.

Overall, the best experience in...

Liked: Loved the location and set up of the room! Staff was AMAZING! Young man who checked us in also helped me upstairs with our luggage ❤️
Disliked: The only complaint I have is that the shower in our room "screamed "...I don't know how else to explain it lol it was just high pitched and shrill when you would pull the shower know up.

The property has it good...

Liked: I loved the location because it was within walking distance to every thing we wanted.
Disliked: It was on a hill and parking for motorcycles was bad. The beds needed to be replaced because they had holes on each side where people lay. It was not worth the money we paid.

Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. The outside of the motel needs a lot of work. If we had seen it before booking we wouldn’t have stayed there.

We visit Branson around 5...

Liked: Beds were comfortable, A/C was cool, Kitchenette was handy. Lots of space in the queen / king combination room. Plenty of towels.
Disliked: Bathroom toilet appeared to have not been cleaned. There was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Couldn't call the front desk from the room - phone just gave a busy signal. Shower head had little pressure - it was adjustable, but appeared to be leaking. We ran out of hot water before all 3 of us had our showers.

I will choose another hotel...

Liked: Card to enter breakfast area did not work. Went to office and they said go back and try again. STILL DID NOT WORK! Raining going back and forth got soaked! Gave up trying. TV did not work!!
