Liked: The staff was really nice and I like the fact that there was a kitchen
Disliked: I did not like the smell in the lobby. It was very horrible. Also I didn't like that the beds were full size instead of queen size

Liked: The staff and owner of the hotel was really nice and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast, but that's what you expect from one star hotel.

I attempted to change hotels and get my money back for this hotel, but the hotel refused to refund my money for the remainder of the stay. Therefore, I was stuck in this dirty, unstaffed, unsafe location.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The staff was never present at the front desk when I came back at night, the hotel is located next to a construction site filled with trailers, the hotel was dirty in the common spaces and room, the chairs in the room were broken.

Didn't feel safe there,I think it was a bad part of town. Panhandlers begging for money right outside lobby. I notified manager on duty, she said there wasn't much she could do about them, but she wished they would leave.

Disliked: Run down part of town.

I will not stay there again, Lord willing. I think you should remove them from your choices or have a serious talk with the owners. I could not believe they had no more non-smoking rooms than that. Our pillows smelled like smoke.

Disliked: Staff not friendly, cockroach on the breakfast fruit, when I told the front desk, they did nothing about it!
