I thought the location was convenient for our purpose in visiting Huntsville, a concert at Orion Amphitheater. University Pkwy has everything - fast food, access to easy expressway driving. BTW, Huntsville Interstate system was very easy to navigate.

Liked: Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed for early check in for us.
Disliked: As an Extended Stay Inn I expected to access kitchen wares, plates, silverware, skillets, etc. None of those things were available. The cabinet doors had been removed on the upper cabinets - thought that was weird but never asked about that.

Liked: Booking.comcharged my card the full amount for the room, and wouldn't let me put on it on another card. Made me overdrawn in that account. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!
Disliked: Been staying there 8 years... 3 times a year (March, September, & December). I had to wait for nearly an hour on the cart to be found to carry my luggage to my room When it gets as found in laundry room, it was extremely hard to push because it had flat tires. I'm disabled and it really hurts my poor back to get moved in and to exit...

Liked: the hot water pressure in the shower and leaving. Clean linens
Disliked: Only one thin flimsy pillow provided per person, didnt get any extras because they had none. The fridge was rusty and looked terrible outside but was spotless inside at least. There were bugs and that was gross. Black mold above the shower.

Disliked: Everything about it. Drug deals in the hallways. People sleeping under the stairwell. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. The staff was rude they wouldn't let us check in until four. The elevator hadnt been inspected or serviced since two thousand and twenty. And it was infested with roaches and black mold

Disliked: The facility was nasty, smelled like smoke, rust on the fridge microwave was horrible, bathroom was horrible, and the bed was not that good, could not sleep at all and just ended up leaving
