I would not stay there...

Liked: There was no breakfast
Disliked: The floors in the room were filthy, the kitchen had a stove but no pans or pots.

I would have paid more...

Liked: Location and parking were both good.
Disliked: One of the rooms smelled highly of smoke/marijuana. Neither of the rooms had the stated kitchen items. One had just a single pan, the other had just a handful of other items (a few cups, two pans, an ice cube tray. There were bugs in both rooms.

I paid $165 for the...

Liked: This place was filthy and there were dead bugs on the pillow case. So Nothing! I didn't stay.
Disliked: It was filthy and there were dead bugs on the pillow case. The door entering and inside were disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
