Liked: Room was nice looking and a good location.
Disliked: There was no soap in the room. I left for breakfast and shopping only to learn when i returned I was checked out by house keeping well before check out time. Very unprofessional. I had to wait outside for 12mins to check in.

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: There was a really weird smell in the bathroom. There were no cups, no anything. Shampoo, soap, conditioner … had to call for toilet paper.

Liked: bed was comfortable
Disliked: heat didn't work in room only blew out cold air. kitchenette had no supplies for coffee (no coffee, filters, cups) also had a a hold of $100 for incidentals and week later still waiting for money back. understand the deposit but why take money out two days before arrival.

Liked: nobody at front desk to let me in the building to check in left me stranded and sleeping in my work truck instead of getting my reservation

Liked: Proximity to my travel needs
Disliked: Dated facility , room was not clean, 1/4 roll of TP and no extra available . Front desk unattended.
