Very affordable and convenient, but...

Liked: The price was very affordable, the parking and freeway access convenient, the staff was friendly, and the room itself was simple but clean. The facility seems newly renovated, but all aspects of it are very bare-bones.
Disliked: The in-room phone did not work. The wifi did not work. The TV service was dreadful and slow. The hallways smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. There were a lot of sketchy customers and others hanging around the property. We did not experience any safety incidents, but concern was not unreasonable.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was a cockroach in the room.

Worst experience ever.

Liked: This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First there were homeless people out front smoking. Then the room was filthy. Burn marks on everything, floors were filthy, no way beds had been changed, non smoking rooms smelled like smoke, room door was open when we got there, looked like blood was on the curtains. Clerk would not even come to counter when we wanted to check out. We just left cards and the counter and left.
Disliked: Nasty.

Liked: Great location and easy to get to freeway.
Disliked: Noise from highwayUpstairs tenant arose at 430 and sounded like he was bowling as he dragged chair across floor.
