It was wonderful.

Liked: OMG, the bed slept so good; breakfast in the morning; the cleanest; the great hospitality we received; we definitely will be returning; overall a great hotel stay.
Disliked: None.

Liked: The room was clean and staff was friendly. The price was reasonable and check-in/out wasn’t a hassle.
Disliked: We weren’t allowed in the pool which was a bummer for my boys. Not sure why, there was no obvious reason and a reason wasn’t supplied. Vending machine was broken so no way of buying a drink on premises. No big deal usually but we were exhausted from hour 12 hour plus drive.

The staff was excellent, but...

Liked: The location was nice; and all the staff were extremely friendly
Disliked: Our shower barely drained and started filling up the tub. There were toothpaste splatters in the mirror and a couple of small hair on the bed. The pillows had been tossed onto the bed somewhat near the headboard; and there was a very clear print of someone having sat on the edge of the bed after it had been made.

Disliked: Traffic getting in and out of the hotel is terrible. Staff seemed to be very lazy.
