Liked: Clean and new. Great location if you want to walk to Kensington Market.
Disliked: There is no coffee maker in the room. Also there's a kitchen but nothing to cook with.

Liked: Close to Queen West.
Disliked: A smelly little dive - bed was a caved in foam mattress. Tub had no enamel. View was of the dumpster; fighting neighbors all night - only way to sleep would be to pass out! We vacated at 6:30 am. Our anniversary - so disappointing.

Located in a slum area in China town, dirty and smelly. The room was small, no air conditioning and old and run down. Shame. My husband and I nearly vomited from the smell.
Disliked: What a dump!!

Overall good location and close to many things. Also liked on-site parking. Hotel itself was not very up-to-date but was clean.
Liked: Parking was on-site and could walk to Queen St. for restaurants.
Disliked: Were told at check-in, time of check out next day was anytime upto 2 o'clock. Thought this a bit strange because most check-outs are around 12. Took our time in morning then got a call from front dest telling us 12 was check out (it was 12:15)

Run down hotel in run...
Liked: There was not a lot to like about this property. Very dirty and unkempt appearance from outside, entrance doorway also very grubby and in need of a hoover and clean. The photograph used has been photoshopped as it bears no resemblance to the property today, in fact you could possible raise a case with trade descriptions. The room was adequate if you are out all day, but the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours tv while trying to sleep. I unplugged the fridge as it was like a generator in the room at night. The surrounding area is like a ghetto, I would not recommend this property to the young, elderly or unaccompanied females due to the area. The only positive was the young lad on the reception, very polite and obliging, the rest of the staff didn?t even acknowledge you when passing in the corridor in the mornings.
Disliked: All of the above - avoid, or be warned. I wouldn?t even rate this property as high as a youth hostel or back packers hostel, is definitely overpriced for what they offer.

Liked: The room itself was spacious and modern. Tea and coffee facilities in the room was great.
Disliked: WiFi barely worked. Very touch and go. Was not ideal. Was in a dark street, did not feel very safe coming in and out at night. Not to sure how good or bad the area is but didn?t get the greatest vibe. Our door did not shut properly, had to slam our body on it to make sure it shut properly. Was noisy over a weekend. Could hear every toilet flushing, people talking loudly at night and walking up hallways.
