Worst room I have ever...

Liked: This room we was given was not at all like the picture we were shown when booking. It was like sleeping in a poorly converted garage, it is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot all over the world. You should show the picture of the room you are selling not a fancy one to get the booking, very disappointed and reception did not seem to care when we showed them what we was shown when booking to what we got when we arrived, I stay in Revelstoke every year but will never stay here again would worst room.
Disliked: The room was Like a poorly converted garage, bathroom was dirty and no hot water warm at best.

Liked: We loved the Pet Friendly room, with the cute wolf/dog details all over. Our dogs loved the toys provided. The bathtub is so nice and deep too which we loved.

Checked in. Hit the hot tub. Slept. Ate tasty breakfast.

Liked: Great hot tub. Wicked breakfast spot! One of the cutest continental breakfast rooms ever!
Disliked: Rooms are a tiny bit small. Was fine for our trip, but could be tight for some people.
