Excellent hotel, 3-minute walk from...

Liked: 3-minute walk from central train station. Within walking distance from the city’s landmarks. Easy check in and check out. Excellent staff service. Free spa facility was a huge bonus. Comfortable room size, even for standard room. Daily room cleaning. Room amenities.
Disliked: Nothing much, but wish we were informed that we have to book for the massage at least 24h before.

Nice hotel, not great for...

Liked: Great location, very nice hotel.
Disliked: I stated when booking it would be a family of 5, two 6 year old twins and a 9 year old as well as ourselves, but on arrival they only provided us with two double bed rooms, and when I asked if there was a fold out bed they said that it wouldn't fit and wasn't available, full stop no understanding. Additionally when booking two rooms for a family I would have expected interconnecting rooms, but this also wasn't provided making our stay quite cumbersome in general.

The best location for walking...

Liked: Location is fantastic - next to train station and many food places within 150m
Disliked: Bed could be a little softer
