Liked: Amazing friendly helpful staff Went out there way to make everything good for me plus complementary room upgrade for no reason!!!

Stay was excellent.I cannot fault...

Liked: Very friendly staff. Great location close to Greenwich DLR. Very good value for money. Nice little kitchenette which was well equipped. Highly recommended.

Liked: Very nice aparthotel, with well equipped studios. Great staff working at the reception - very professional and helpful. We asked for a quiet room and got it. Excellent fish and chips accross the road.
Disliked: Dishwasher was not clean, but otherwise all ok.

Liked: the rceptionists were very friendly !!!
Disliked: there was a gym under our floor and it made a lot of noise !!!!! i said this at reception and they kindly changed my room. there was less noise but was still woken up at 6:30 am in the mornings !!!
