Decent stay for the price.

Liked: Not a lot of people in the pool so we were able to swim peacefully. Clean room. Nice, helpful staff for the most part.
Disliked: Gentleman working as kitchen staff rude to my sin and I. After telling my son and I that my son needed shoes on. He kept feeling the need to continue to make rude, condescending remarks towards my son and I as we gathered our things to return to our room so that my son could retrieve his shoes.

Disliked: The front desk clerk was extremely rude to me and needs to learn how not to talk to customers. She made my experience extremely unpleasant and if it wasn’t for her I would have gave perfect scores

Hotel was ok but if...

Liked: Breakfast was horrible. I picked this hotel because it came with “breakfast “. Something happened and the food choices were not good. Cold stone eggs and cold stone turkey sausage patty’s because the hot container was not on. No juice-couldn’t get the machine to work. No milk-was leaking out the spout. No waffles…not sure why? No utensils in anything that was put out! My daughter had a cold plain tortilla and a hard boiled egg. I had coffee and at least a bagel. HORRIBLE

Liked: The size of the rooms was good.
Disliked: If I could give a negative number, this would receive a negative ten! The staff at the front desk was horrible from the start. The lady had an issue with racially profiling the moment we checked in. While trying to rest, she called our room at close to midnight, asking my husband and I how many people were in our room. She was getting no noise complaints. We later found out she called two other rooms and even asked another guest about coming inside her room. She was very rude and unprofessional. She does not represent this company well. We will never return!
