Great value, good facility and...

Liked: Rooms with kitchen were well laid out! Quiet.
Disliked: Couldn’t set up a rewards for my stay due to booking through booking.com

The people of the Mayo...

Liked: Breakfast was typical complementary hotel breakfast. Within walking distance of the Mayo campus.
Disliked: The hotel had coffee available 24 hours but no unflavored liquid creamer, only sweet creamers (I realize it’s not a big deal, however, it was asked.

I would stay again. Convenient...

Liked: Beds were amazing. Friendly front staff.
Disliked: Kitchen lady either likes you or doesn’t. Not as friendly as everyone else. Our room hardly ever got refreshed, once, while we were there 7 days.
