Disliked: 2 fire alarm evacuations and malfunctioning air conditioner. Combined to equal.poor sleep in advance of important event.

Liked: I loved that it was like home. All of the amenities you could ever need. As a bonus, they had a fountain drink machine, which I loved. They never seem to have that at other hotels.
Disliked: The toilet didn’t work right in the bathroom. By the next morning it wouldn’t flush.

Liked: The person behind the counter was super nice and friendly!
Disliked: The room was disgusting. It had a bad smell in there, it was so dirty that I can’t even imagine staying there. We ended up staying somewhere else. The fire alarm kept going off.

Would stay in a heartbeat....

Liked: Breakfast was great. Feels like attention to details in quality of bed, towels, way the room was set up. Could stay for long time
Disliked: Sound proofing was lacking. Outside noises (people) and room was near lobby - echo since we were on second floor.
