Liked: The front desk Tiffany was very nice.
Disliked: What I didn’t like was that Booking.com showed a picture with two separate bedrooms yet, we were given a room with one bedroom only. I should have booked it directly with the hotel. I will not recommending using Booking.com and will not use them again for false advertisement and for charging me more for a room which they did not have me booked on.

Liked: They didnt have the breakfast I was used to for Staybridge suites they said they werent doing breakfast that day. We didnt have any shower gel filled up in our shower. It didnt look like our bathroom was ever cleaned before we checked in.

Liked: Loved the 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. It was perfectly laid out. Breakfast was great, and the pool looked clean and refreshing.
Disliked: A little off the beaten path but not too far from where we needed to be.

Great place to stay in Lakeland Florida!

Liked: Breakfast was good with nice variety. Nice environment and excellent staff. Very good value for the price. Will stay there again. It was fun watching the planes take off and land. Airport restaurant is a must.
Disliked: The only negative was there was a problem providing any hot items for breakfast the last two days of seven we stayed there.
