Liked: It was comfortable and relaxing
Disliked: Majority of the sonesta's I've sayed in are a little more upscale. Around their pool areas there's a tiki bar that serves drinks and food this would be great for your outside area. It would produce more revenue for your hotel. Many people wouldn't have to go to offsite restaurants

Would stay again!

Liked: Staff was very friendly and very helpful, facility was clean and have everything we needed. Great location, would stay again.
Disliked: No elevator to second floor…

Exceptional

My stay was decent for...

Liked: The kitchen was spacious and the rooms accommodated our family size. The property was near many restaurants.
Disliked: The sinks in the bathrooms did not drain properly and would take a few minutes to go down. The door did not open immediately when we swiped the key, it took about 3 or 4 tries. We did not receive extra sheets for the bed. We ended up having to call and ask for some.

A great place to stay...

Liked: The suites were a good size with all amenities needed. Location was close to Disney entrance.
Disliked: Nothing

I won’t be staying at...

Liked: Close to stores
Disliked: My cover sheet looked like someone dropped an ashtray on it, then instead of changing the sheet they just brushed it off with their hands. Front desk seemed cold and unreceptive. If you get charged 15 dollars a day for parking there should at least be some kind of service provided.

Disliked: More coffee for n the room and they didn’t clean each day
