Superb

Liked: The room was absolutely perfect! Free guest laundry facilities and daily breakfast was the cherry on top.
Disliked: The only issue I had was that there was only one washer working. Also the maintenance man just walked into my room without knocking, which made me a little uneasy.

It was a good stay...

Liked: Breakfast was good and very convenient for my family.
Disliked: The rooms need a lot of cosmetic fixes. Bathroom, kitchen, living area have a lot of blemishes. For the amount I paid per night those bathrooms should be walk-in showers. This hotel is our go to when we stay in Chapel Hill for our daughters hospital stays, but we may be looking else where from now on.

Liked: Clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Disliked: No. Everything was great!

Bad

Disliked: I turned on light during the night, there were roaches running all around the kitchen! Terrible!

Liked: Very nice rooms and bathroom! Friendly staff and great location!!! Would definitely stay again!

Liked: Very clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful staff.
Disliked: We had a hard time adjusting the heat in our room (thermostat didn't seem very responsive) but that was just a minor thing as it wasn't too cold. They also charge a $75 pet fee which is standard but I wish they'd charge a refundable deposit instead.
