Disliked: No cups in the room,no ice available- was told I had to turn it on. No coffee in the the room. No information on how to access the TV guide. Rust came out when the shower first turned on. Staff seemed unhappy and unable to do service recovery with a guest

Disliked: Horrible smell in the room, something splattered all over the bathroom door and a big stain on the carpet as soon as you walked in the door.

Liked: The person that checked us in was very nice. The second night the person at the desk seemed a little off, I don’t know. The carpet in the property was torn in a few different places and the couch has ben used way too long.
Disliked: As mentioned above the ripped carpet in a couple of places and the couch being very uncomfortable and old. The Wi-Fi code was never given with our check-in items.

Disliked: The sofa had cum stains on them the floors were nasty the tub wasn’t clean the curtains had what appeared to b blood stains the beds sheets were not clean properly the towels were stained and I had to bleach the entire rm plus I was NOT given the room I of for even after showing the attendant my reservation she argued with me that it was not correct and I had the proof that it was indeed what I pd for and didn’t get
