The hotel needs to be...

Liked: The room size
Disliked: The room is ok but not well maintained. Curtains needs to be replaced. The soap/lotion dispensers are broken and won’t dispense. The sofa bed and carpet has stains like no one attempted to clean it. We could hear the vacuum cleaner from inside our room all morning while watching tv. Not soundproof!

Disliked: Elevator didn’t work correctly. There was a sign that stated “elevator doesn’t work right; only 3 people at a time. There was a half gallon of milk left in our fridge. Bathroom is very very small.

Liked: Cheerful staff
Disliked: I did not like that there were dogs in the hotel. I heard dogs barking loudly at 5:30 am.

Next night was a Staybridge...

Liked: The staff was far too talented for this facility. True hospitality professionals.
Disliked: Black mold in the bathroom. Changed rooms and still mold and mold around all the AC vents, peeling wall paper, very noisy from the floor above. The wind whistled around the windows howling like a haunted house.

Next night was a Staybridge in Portland, Tx. across the bay. Like a Palace, branding is important!

Amazing all the way around

Liked: Staff was AMAZING & I didn’t get the managers name but he was very nice & understanding. The whole crew went above & beyond. Nice & clean! Located in a great area! We ate on REAL plates with real silverware & the breakfast was awesome.
