Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. Hard biscuits with sausage. No juice. Juice machine has been broken since my last visit last month. No eggs were out and none were put out while we were there drinking coffee.

Liked: I loved the room it was so beautiful. My next visit I plan to come back and stay. I love the set up of the room, the bed was so comfortable…I almost felt at home.
Disliked: I didn’t like how the shower area with the shampoos and shower had build up and hair in the shower. I work for a hotel and those are things I look for when I stay at other hotels.

If you’re going to stay...

Liked: It was conveniently located.
Disliked: They did not have the room I booked and payed for in advance. And when asked they told me that they didn’t care about third party booking and I should be happy with what I got. I booked a double queen as there were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teens) so the room they offered us did not fit us all in. If I had know that I would’ve booked and gone elsewhere. I booked several months in advance!!!! And pre paid for the room. I was also told that the manager Patrica Wood had left early leaving only 1 person to look after everything. The hallways had linens thrown around, there was trash in the hallways and most of the rooms had not been cleaned so they couldn’t even offer us an extra room to accommodate my party. One of my children had to sleep on the floor. The receptionist kindly gave her a pillow and blanket. To top it off the key system was down so the poor receptionist had to let everyone into their rooms themselves. Needless to say it was not a great experience and I will never stay there again.
