Value for money,

Liked: Room was ok, female staff were friendly.
Disliked: I don’t need much for breakfast: coffee, yoghurt, some fruit. Coffee was fine. Fruit at least fresh but no choice, but why does plain yoghurt need to come with sugar? Let people add that themselves. You’d think the no added sugar version would be cheaper too.

Pleasant

Liked: Good location, reasonable price, pool, complimentary breakfast
Disliked: Rooms a bit tired. Some faults in the kitchen, lack of equipment like cutlery etc

Liked: We always choose to stay here when we go to Disneyland. It's super close to the park and it's great knowing that you're coming back to a comfy stay.
Disliked: I felt they skimped out on breakfast this time. They used to offer sausage and don't anymore. Now they offer ground beef that looks totally boiled. The bacon was so thin and greasy. Definitely not what we're used to staying here. Hopefully by the time we come back, they'll have changed the breakfast back. The addition of pancakes was awesome though.

Relaxing. Perfect get away.

Liked: The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The space was clean and the decorations throughout the hotel were nice.

It was okay

Liked: When we checked in it was understood that we pay at check out but the clerk said NO we didn’t at check in ….Booking needs to be more clear about that…. And the hotel staff did not explain at check in to put all trash and soiled linens out side our door for pick up…. They took to long to bring fresh towels we had call more then 2 times for towels and linens…. BUT THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT could use more fruits …. the morning staff was SUPER NICE AND HOSPITABLE
Disliked: The night staff ….. not enough choices on fruit for breakfast…. Took too long to bring fresh towels and linens….. did not tell us protocol on trash and housekeeping to put outside for pick up
