Disliked: There wasn’t anyone at the check in location. You had to call a phone number to speak to someone. They never contacted me to tell me that the Inn was “closed” due to a water problem. Then they said it was my responsibility to contact Booking.com to cancel the reservation even though they were the ones that cancelled.
