Full refund issued.

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The upgraded room booked wasn't what was provided and was already occupied. The heating wasn't working in various parts of the hotel. Lots of complaints. The room wasn't finish since the remodel. Very unlike this hotel as we had stayed before.

Mediocre

Liked: Room was big and clean. In good location.
Disliked: Breakfast was awful. No food on offer. No staff to fill up the food trays they all sat in the kitchen talking and on their phones. Hot food came out as breakfast was “finished” just in time for the staff to grab their food.

Our stay was disappointing and...

Liked: The staff were courteous but waiting staff could improve with some training.
Disliked: Rather run down. There were no bulbs in the bedside lamps and as well as there being no lock on the bathroom door we were unable to close the door properly. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were poor- not hotel standard. Breakfast was disappointing. No tables were set and we had to work out ourselves where to get everything.

Good location but expensive given...

Liked: Central location
Disliked: Large bluebottle flying around the room. No hot water in the shower in the morning and we didn't have time to ask for a change of room. Inferior toiletries - one small bar of soap for the shower.
