Great location for Playhouse events and proximity to the city centre, shopping and dining.

Liked: Everything you could have wanted for a night's stay; very helpful and accommodating staff; fab bar and restaurant.
Disliked: None at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing; everything clean and staff friendly.

Disliked: Constant humming noise Annoying if you book the underground parking the guests before can use it up until you can check in so if you do arrive early there is no space to park.

The James Hotel

Liked: Very friendly. On arrival. Meal was nice. Girl on bar very friendly.
Disliked: Our room no 419 overlooked a neighbouring building. We could see in their room and them ours. Needed some nets at windows. As when cuttains are us shut very dark. No privacy. Our sink was cracked!! A service room next to us. A humming noise from that all night. Kept us awake.Room is looking tired and bathroom needs updating. On leaving. We're going speak to staff but reception was unmanned so left key on there.
