Liked: The hotel is absolutely beautiful and located in a great location downtown close to canal Street and many other attractions. There is a great steak house next door for fine dining. I would totally stay here again.
Disliked: I could hear the conversation of the guests in the rooms next to me. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9 am when checkout is at 11, the staff is not friendly and there is no bellhop to help with your bags

Liked: Did not do breakfast. We were told about the breakfast. The bed was too comfortable to get up that early.
Disliked: There could be a microwave in the rooms.

Disliked: the paid breakfast was not diverse or sufficient - one sandwich, little vegetableson weekends they served breakfast on disposable plates, with plastic cuttlery. This should not be a case in a hotel of this category where you pay more than 300 USD per night. It was substandard and bad for environment.the stuff was so so

Liked: The staff was excellent! There was a man behind the bar... very helpful, very polite. There was another fellow that worked at the hotel. I didnt catch his name.. he was a larger guy.. really kind.

Liked: Sky light was the best light in the room.
Disliked: The coffee machine setup didn't have a plug I had to put it on the desk to plug it up. The dust was horrific, I took pictures. The bathroom tub was so bad I didn't take a shower. There was $70 in hidden fees. The room was hot and stuffy w/o windows.Noisy

Liked: The staff was amazing, very good costumer service! The room was very clean and comfortable! I was very pleased on how comfortable our bed was! I will be returning the next time I visit!
