This hotel was affordable and...

Liked: The Breakfast was outstanding and the time availability for breakfast was spot on. I also liked how friendly the staff was, alway polite and always ensured that customer service was priority number 1.
Disliked: Nothing. All was good.

Liked: The breakfast choices and cleanliness were excellent.

Great breakfast

Liked: The price was great for the room we got. The breakfast was better than expected. Beatriz made the best food and was so engaging and great with guests absolutely love her and the food.

Great everyone one that works...

Disliked: They gave a key to someone without permision to my room and they made a mistake and said to call police.

Liked: I liked the fact it had a kitchen in the room and it was roomer for 4 people. I like it was closed to everything we wanted to see plus it was close to family. I was quit. We didn’t hear anyone coming or going that was a plus.
Disliked: I didn’t like that when we ask for a blanket for the pull out bed we couldn’t get one. Stating that there was one in the room but there wasn’t we looked everywhere for it and it wasn’t there. So we had to go buy a blanket for the kids to use the bed. But other in than we enjoyed the stay.

Disappointing

Liked: We like the location to the airport for early morning flights.
Disliked: We did not have any heat in the room and NO hot water. Had to take showers in cold water. Very unpleasant. We have stayed here before and loved it. Not sure we will stay here again.
