Very disappointing

Liked: The woman at three front desk was very kind and her shirt was beautiful.
Disliked: The room was very small. The sofa was filthy. The bathtub was FILTHY and the paint or protective coating was chipping off. It was so bad that I left after only a few hours. The booking advertising said the room was larger than most rooms in this area and it was actually the smallest room I've ever stayed in when staying at Spring Hill Suites. I will be contacting management.

Sleepless.

Liked: Staff was Ok, but unresponsive to complaint about nose and clientele loud, rude mostly day labourers, it seemed.

Disliked: The water was loud when turned on. Had to fight to get the hold off my incidental deposit. This location said they removed it six phone calls and not until booking intervened did I get the hold removed
