Disliked: Breakfast was very busy and the food run out. If breakfast is included the expectation is that food will be available until it closes.

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast - Staff at the breakfast area weren't very courteous or helpful. They replenished the oats with semi-cooked oats every single morning.

Pleasant stay in the Mission!

Liked: Friendly front desk staff who always helped immediately whenever we needed supplies. Breakfast offered a good selection and coffee was always nice and hot. Public areas were always clean. Pool was nice!
Disliked: Wifi could be quicker.

Regular hotel with overpriced parking

Liked: New hotel, quite, clean.
Disliked: When I booked the room on booking.com it was not clear that the parking will cost $26/day. It is not special parking structure and it is not safe, just usual parking around the building. I think it is very expensive. The breakfast was not so good and the breakfast room was not big enough to accommodate all guests, on Sunday we could not find the place to seat an took our food to the room. I didn't like the room design: the bathroom and toilet rooms are just opposite the bed.
