Liked: I checked in on a holiday evening, and almost everything was closed. I wasn't sure where to go for something to eat. I asked the person working at the front desk about the area, and he offered me an extra pepperoni pizza he had already there! I prefer vegetarian meals, but I TRULY appreciated the offer. Very kind...
Disliked: I wish the indoor pool had been much warmer. My sister, visiting me, couldn't even swim. It was so cold for an indoor pool. If there had been a spa, it would've evened out the coldness of the pool. The kids, however, were fine with it and enjoyed swimming for a couple of hours.

Liked: The electricity went out at my mother's home and was expected to be out in her area for several days. I was looking for something nice and close, but not too close because we'd already had the power go out at one hotel! I was so happy to find Springfield. It was close to home, the staff was so nice, the room was nice and had everything she needed.
Disliked: A walk in shower would be nice, but it was ok.
