Liked: The staff is so friendly, the 2 receptionists that I spoke with was attentive, kind and anything I needed they made a way. I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every night. Property is clean, room is well decorated and it’s in a great area!
Disliked: The bed made a sound every time I got on it and it felt old.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, easy...

Liked: We have stayed here before -- which already says a lot. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly, lobby is always hopping, breakfast is good, workout room good. Love that the rooms are suites so you have a bonus area with couch even with the basic room. This time we had a bit of a mix up with the reservation and faced with a king bed rather than two queens for two moms and two teen sons, and a sold out hotel, the desk staff went above and beyond to help us set up extra mattresses, loaded with pillows and blankets and everything we needed. They helped us make it so cozy and comfy that when a two queen opened for us for the second night the teen boys did not even want to move, we had to force them. Really, kudos to the Phyllis and John who made our stay perfect and welcoming despite the third party reservation site's mix up.

Liked: I liked that it was roomy and clean. I needed a razor and they gave me two for free!
Disliked: The room was dark on one side with no lighting. The sliding door to the bathroom is just plain weird. It’s almost see through and my teenage daughter was really I comfortable showering with her parents on the other side. The person’s silhouette in the bathroom is visible. Plus, the toilet is also in there so you really feel like there is minimal privacy.Also I stayed for 2 nights and there was not enough toilet paper. I had to go down and get a roll.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, excellent...

Liked: The concierge on the night I checked in was was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. The hotel was accommodating of my service dog and allowed me to bring my smaller dog as well. The room was spacious and clean. Overall a great experience!
Disliked: Although the breakfast was delicious and filling, I would’ve like to see a little more variety. Some flavored creamers for the coffee would have been great, too!
