Liked: The hotel tried to charge my account at 3am, approached the staff at check out. Management and staff had no clue why my card was charge without permission. 2 days later still no response from hotel staff. Thank goodness I lock my card.

Great location however not very...

Liked: The location was perfect!
Disliked: We couldn’t control the temperature in the room and it was uncomfortably warm all night. This made it hard to sleep. The staff just brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal.

Liked: Location to restaurants and the soccer tournament we were there for.
Disliked: Did not like that the room was entirely way too hot and was not able to adjust the air conditioning at all. The pool was very dirty, cloudy, and smelled horrible.
