Liked: The hotel is very nice and the room is very comfortable,
Disliked: But I complained about the cleaning. My family and I spent 3 night and 4 days there, and they have never cleaned our room. It is not acceptable!! They didn't clean the room and as well as they didn't change the towels. When I made a check-in, they told me that cleaning was done every 2 days; however, they never did.

Wonderful but clouded due to...

Disliked: The receptionist on duty around noon on 9/23 and around 10:30am 9/24 was very cold, resistant to helping or even answering questions and very rude.!! Not a good representation of the hotel as a whole at all! Everyone else was amazing - from check in at 8 pm 3/23 to the hospitality and breakfast staff on 3/24. The room itself exceeded my expectations and the location was perfect for our visit to Carowinds.
