The stay was dissapointing and stressful

Liked: The location is good, breakfast is ok
Disliked: Unfortunately we had ants in the bathroom, found a bed bug in the comforter on the bed and the overnight front desk person made light of the situation, gave us new sheets, telling us to contact the manager in the morning. It was very dissapointing but I thank the manager, Jessica for her help in this matter. It was bad enough that the earthquake was felt in the hotel and everything was moving in my room. We were moved to another room that was not the best, but eventually moved a 3rd time to a third room that was more comfortable.
