Would stay again. Staff was very helpful with directions to area restaurants and sights. Housekeeping was very helpful with any extras that we requested. Hotel was clean with a nice pool.

Disliked: The main area was very nice. The room 113 was weird shaped and just blah looking. Bathroom had some icky in shower in corners . Bed could use an upgrade . But construction is occurring?

Nice but charged twice. Young...

Liked: Nice big room. Swimming area had a fowl smell. Hotel charged us for room ahead of time and then said that booking.com did it, not them, when the front desk clerk told me on the phone she did. Upon arrival the hotel said it wasn’t them and that we couldn’t of been charged before we checked in and charged us again and said we had to take it up with booking.com. As of current time we have been charged twice and can’t get any answers.

Liked: The staff were very friendly! The facilities were nice and clean and the breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: The room had very slow draining so we couldn’t use the bathroom sink. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par from the previous stay but over wall no major issues

Wish I could have stayed...

Liked: I liked the size of the room - it was bigger than I expected, and very clean! So was the rest of the property. There is an indoor pool at this location. The room we stayed in had a work area with a desk, modern shower and bathroom fixtures, microwave, mini fridge and wet bar, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were supplied in the shower and was complimentary. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was included and offered fresh fruit, waffles, omelets and cereal.

Disliked: We had to wait over 10 minutes reception. There was a sign that be back. room didnt have hand soap or toilet paper. I expected the hotel people will bring it. gave it to me in the reception so I had go back again to my room when I was leaving.
