It’s was ok but something...

Liked: Everything was clean and people was friendly
Disliked: They don’t have a jacuzzi that’s was the mean reason I booked there and also I paid for internet everyday and didn’t ask for it I use my phone data

NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Liked: I love Springhill because they are clean and comfortable
Disliked: We settled in to our room and was going to watch tv and there was no remote so my husband went down to get one and the girl at the desk said we don’t have extras and then found one and said well it may not work and sure enough it did not so I called down to desk and asked for batteries and she said they didn’t have any and then proceeded to tell her that there was a dirty shirt hanging on the bathroom door and she said oh and then said well we don’t have any rooms and she then hung up. I am so upset and I have never had such a bad experience with Springhill and I am not happy at all.

Superb

Fine. Except for breakfast confusion.

Disliked: There was no sign or other indication of where breakfast was located. It is around the corner off the lobby. There is a coffee setup and tables in the lobby, so it looks like coffee is the only breakfast being offered. I thought that seemed wrong so I asked, and was directed to the other room where the breakfast was. But my partner, who woke up much earlier than me, saw only coffee and no one on hand to ask, so he didn’t get his breakfast. Very disappointing. Just put a sign up. Don’t assume that everyone has stayed there before and knows where the breakfast room is.

Get better staff

Liked: Did not stay the man that worked overnight was rude and I asked for my money back and no one responded
Disliked: I never even checked in. The guy that work the service desk overnight was rude and sarcastic
