Superb

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly! Room was clean.
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable and the bathroom door handle was very broke looking. I didn't want to close the door out of fear of being stuck in the bathroom.

Clean and Hospitality.

Liked: It was a very clean hotel. In a great location near many restaurants. The staff was exceptional and breakfast great.

Liked: It was okay, I didn't like that. They didn't have no Creamer for my coffee.
Disliked: I didn't like the hard beds and I didn't like that. Our TV wasn't working and when I called management. He said that they will come to fix it, but they never did. I had to figure it out by myself. I didn't like the heater. It was making very loud noises and I couldn't sleep.

Bad

Disliked: We didn't get to stay because when I booked the room they said the pool was working and when I showed up the morning of arrival they didn't tell that the pool was down so when it was it time to check in that's when they decided to tell me about the pool

Liked: The rooms were good and comfortable.
Disliked: Booked this predicated on the pool and spa being open. However, both was closed.

Liked: Beds comfortable.
Disliked: We went for my birthday and met with friends just wanted to sit in the pool and relax. Get to property and tell us the pool was not open. I was very very upset. Didn’t offer to take anything off the bill or anything. Bathroom in my friends room ceiling above the shower was bad. Our couch was very old stains on carpet. Breakfast eggs were ice cold. Told they did swap with out. Will never stay again.
