Property was nice, staff was...

Liked: Lots of pools, Starbucks and cafe on site as well as bar and grill.

Desperate times called for less...

Liked: We were desperate for a few rooms for our family of 7. They had 2 suites available
Disliked: It was dated, the carpet was crunchy. The tub shower was dingy looking, towels were stiff. The couch was stained and old looking.

Not so great room with...

Liked: The breakfast was decent for what it had to offer and the staff seemed friendly.
Disliked: The room was rough to say the least. It was very dated. But also very dirty. It stunk like mildew and the air co destined leaked and kept the carpet soaking wet in certain areas around it. Family of 4 staying in a king room with a pullout sofa and we’re not given linen for the pullout. The mattress for the pull out was covered in stains and sand. Our room was next to the elevator and all night long it would wake you up as it ran up and down

Will stay again in December

Good place for vacation with...

Liked: Good location, good to have a breakfast team at all times.
Disliked: No shuttle from airport. And I did not like that free shuttle to Disney stops in four or five other hotels after Springhill.. We used the first time as we did not know this, second day used an Uber.
