Disliked: Bath tub would not drain. Sink was stopped up.Breakfast was the worst. A waffle maker plugged in and hot but no waffle mix. What the heck? No bread for toast, no fruit, the only meat offered was a fake piece of sausage on a croissant. I’ve had much better selections at other cheaper hotels

Liked: Check in clerk went out of her way to be helpful! When a large group checked in on our floor for a concert, (she felt they might be excited/maybe a little loud when they came back) and she knew we had to be up early the next morning for a tournament, she called me, giving us the option to move to another floor that might be quieter. Because of that, we were able to get the sleep we needed, while the large group were able to have a good time going back and forth between rooms. :)

Disliked: clogged sink and toilet, issue was resolved staff followed up simple resolution. room comfortable, clean,and nice. Great staff all around. great service would be my go to stay for little rock.

Liked: Very clear and nice room.
Disliked: Not very sound proof. Heard ambulance sirens all night and the freeway was very loud with traffic. Did not sleep very well.

Restful

Liked: This was our first night of a 3-night drive from Galveston to Toronto. It was near a good restaurant and close to the Interstate, and we got a good night's rest before our second 500 mile drive.
Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning.
