Liked: Location close to appointment following day
Disliked: BAIT AND SWITCH AND THIEVES WORKING AT SPRING HILL. Upon arrival, I was informed that the king room I rented and paid for on Booking.com was no longer available! I was told I could take a double bed room or leave. I had no choice but to stay since the room was already paid for and non-refundable.. I was asked for a credit card and was told it was for "incidentals." I was busy for the next several days and had not checked my account or emails. Upon doing so, I see that Spring Hill has charged me for the double room. First they pulled a bait and switch then they charged me double for one night stay.
