Passable

Disliked: First time staying at a Spark hotel and we were pretty much disappointed. Room was small and plain. Didn't even have an ice bucket. Only one overhang area for loading and unloading. Back entrances had nothing. So it was raining while trying to load the car and we got wet. The lobby was on its own floor and you had to take stairs to go up or down, no elevator. Won't ever stay there again as price was too high for no pool, sauna or room amenities.

Liked: I went in the concession to extend my staying and they tell me that : They don’t want to do it, I asked them why and the answer was we just don’t want that you stay here

Disliked: Stayed 4 nights and bed Never Made ! Want a microwave in room as can’t walk back and forth with food or cook food after someone else. TV stations were different ! Need a handle on the bathtub at the side not on tub back wall, bad knees, hips, or back , you can’t reach the back wall if short also . Like drawers not open shelves , in drawers on more private . More security feeling with maids cleaning !
