Disappointing

Liked: The room little bit!
Disliked: Breakfast, tv didn't work, light in the room didn't work, ice maker didn't work, elevator didn't work

Didn’t get everything promised which...

Liked: Breakfast was good the room was satisfactory
Disliked: No TV and when I wrote the company for some sort of small refund I got no response

Great location and decor just...

Liked: The location, the staff and the price!
Disliked: That the website didn’t say the hotel is under renovations, anytime you need towels for the pool, you have to go to the front desk to retrieve them and good luck if someone is present to give you towels, the couch and bed sheets had stains and the trashed piled up for 3 days until housekeeping removed it by the ice maker.

Liked: There is still a lot of construction to be done. Room was clean but outdated and TV did not work. Staff was friendly
Disliked: Place was outdated and dusty. Breakfast was not very good

Pleasant room and staff

Liked: Staff, Zaki was really good and helpful.
Disliked: It was under construction and TV internet did not work. Breakfast was plain.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Not clean tv did not work and bed had hair in it terrible spots on floor. Not stayable for me.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. I had plenty of space to spread out.
Disliked: I was put on the fourth floor at the furthest distance from the elevator and the ice machine did not work on my floor. Breakfast was pretty meager until the last day I was there.

overall comfortable and peaceful.

Disliked: some part of the hotel were under renovation, so that was an eye sore. the tv in my room was not functioning.they stated that it would work shortly but it never did. regardless, i stayed in the room.

Passable

Liked: It was clean even tho they are in the middle of renovation. They room was update & very clean. My dog had a good time.
Disliked: No TV the whole time we were there.
