Liked: Nice, safe location
Disliked: Was not flexible about early check-in. If I wanted to check in early, it would have cost me an extra 50.00. I waited intge lobby for 5 hours to check in. I was able to sit at a table comfortably and work on my computer while waiting.

Liked: Location and room were great A bit light on the creamers for the coffee machine
Disliked: Breakfast was extremely expensive for what you got especially the Buffet

Liked: The hotel was perfect for my overnight stay as I was travelling onward to Mexico. The courtesy bus serrvice was efficient and reliable. My room was spacious and I could hardly hear the aircraft even though the hotel was very close to the airport.
Disliked: I had difficuty in finding where the courtesy bus stop was when I arrived from my longhaul flight. It was dark and trying to find the bus stop was difficult so I think a map with detailed instructions would have helped.

Liked: Location was great. Asked for a view and got a good view. Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Shuttle driver was rude and impatient. But I guess that's driving in LAX traffic?

Not pleased only had to...

Liked: They have a restaurant on the bottom and food places you can order from. And they would. Deliver to your room.
Disliked: Rooms need to be updated. Old TV's alarm clock phones. Carpet was dirty looks more like a motel. Windows need to be cleaned. You can't even see without looking at all. The dust and dirt on them. Hotel needs to be upgraded altogether. Reminds Me of a Motel 6. Room smell like mold and wet . Also, shuttle is not free. They charge you in the hotel fee $29 And drivers still expect a tip Add coffee and water is still charged to you even if you don't drink it from the room.
