We will not return to...

Liked: Breakfast was acceptable. But we had coffee only. no Food!
Disliked: When I booked and reserved room. I received an e-mail stating for $8.00 more I would get a bigger room. So I agreed and accepted the upgrade. When we got to Hotel, we winded up in a handicap room. I questioned that at front desk and they responded that the room was booked that way. Wrong!! Hotel also charges $ 7.00 for self-parking. This is the first time we were charge for this and the last. We will not return to this location at all. Dead Roaches were observed in the kitchen location. That's not safe and wasn' t disinfected room. no ironing board and iron in room.
