Liked: I loved walking into a clean room and it smelled so clean too. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Staff was nice and friendly! The location was a 10/10 minutes away from Disney

Disliked: -bed size too small (full size) -in one restroom the toilet tree holder was falling out the wall and the complimentary shampoo that was on the wall fell off. -AC units in both rooms went out during our stay. we came back from Disney to hot and smelly rooms. this was midnight, and they wanted us to pack up and move rooms at that moment. they were unable to gave a temporary room until a technician came to fix it. This was at midnight after a long day at the park with kids and a full itinerary for the following day. The solution was move rooms or crack the window (we were on the 7th floor so windows only opened about 1?). After sleeping in a hot room for the night, the AC units were fix the next day while we were at the park. the manager granted us a refund for one night per room (still waiting on the actual refund). -No room service provided. I asked for room service and was told i was to do it myself and they gave me a beat up plastic broom. (seriously not a joke)

Clean and basic hotel near...

Liked: The location was convenient because we were visiting Disneyland. The pool and jacuzzi area was clean, fun and the hours of operation was great for us. The hotel restaurant had over the top service and prices.
Disliked: The front desk lady was extremely loud while speaking to me. During my check-in process my card declined twice due to my bank not marking my account as traveling and the lady helping me kept saying your card is declined. Everyone else at the desk area looked at me awkwardly and I felt humiliated. This clerk didn?t just do this once, she did it twice. i stepped out of line to contact my bank and they were able to fix the problem. I however did not appreciate this lady?s tone or the way she communicated to me. Then we checked in four people and they had three sets of towels in the room. When we called housekeeping on the hotel phone, no one answered. We had to walk back downstairs to speak to a live person. They were helpful however when it?s late and you need to shower the kids and get them to bed, going back downstairs isn?t fun.

Disliked: hotel was dirty, bad odor. rooms weren?t clean. no room service. no policy after certain time for loudness. front desk doesn?t pick up phone. I stayed for 5 days and my room was never cleaned.
