Disliked: When I arrived at the place there was no one to greet us, we waited for hours and they never answered the phone or the door, it seems more like a scam.

Crap and the booking service...

Disliked: This is not a hotel anymore. I paid for this "stay" but the donnovan is not a hotel it is a rBnB and has nothing to see with Booking. And the "relocation" of booking never happened. Very bad experience with booking.

Don’t book there

Liked: We never got the chance to be there, nobody answered. Booking helped us to recover our money.
Disliked: The location wasn’t nice, and we never got someone to receive us, even open de door for us, we had to cancel the reservation, and Booking helped us to recover our money.

Disliked: We never ended up staying at the "hotel". When we got there, the gate was locked and no one was around and it was already dark. Some girls were coming in so they let us through the gate. They told us that they got a combination for the outside gate and a room number by email but I didnt get an email. The place did not have an office on the premises and did not look like a hotel. The phone number listed for the hotel was "not in service". We left and found another hotel in the area to stay at for that night. I just came back from my vacation and now demand that I get my money back!

Liked: I arrived in the morning and spent the entire day trying to gain entry. I wrote and called all the numbers available, and also sent messages through the Booking app, but no one responded! (All correspondence and call attempts have been saved as evidence.)This is a DISGUSTING service!I waited the WHOLE day!As a result, I had to book another hotel at 11 PM!

Disliked: Nobody was there to make my check in, it was raining , they never refund my money, I spent almost two hours for some one to show off, and I had to go to other hotel. Terrible experience
