Horrible stay

Disliked: Staff were not helpful and indifferent. They ran out of water for coffee at restaurant. Took them 40 min to serve us after we sat down at breakfast. Rooms are dirty and poorly kept. I was expecting so much more from a hotel ive always wanted to try.

Liked: The rooms were to small for 2 people, I had to move the room 2 times due to non stop loud music festival at our hotel! I wasn't able to sleep. Nobody informed me that the hotel will have music festival. the Pool are was closed the whole time. Hotel full of loud drunk teenagers who came to be part of music festival. Staff not helpful with any requests, and good un table.
Disliked: room to small, noise from privatised pool area very loud, staff, management not helpful took book drivers, concierge never calls back, I am still waiting for copy of the invoice for he stay and after 5 times asking them still don't have it.

Liked: Bad experience last time when the reception charged me twice for the same stay, granted that Booking.com contributed to this double charge
Disliked: The door men very rude, although I told them my room number they still wouldn’t let me in. Their list wasn’t updated and my name wasn’t shown on the list. I had to wait for my friend downstairs to bring me my room key
