I loved our king suite on the first floor since we had our 2 grandkids with us.

Liked: Hotel staff everything was incredibly clean. Staff was very helpful will stay there again.
Disliked: The only thing that I was disappointed in when we arrived, they assigned us to a room that was already occupied, and this happened twice the third room we got was unoccupied Need to pay more attention on assigned rooms

Liked: They cleaned and restocked our room every single day!! It was so nice to not have to ask for anything at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were very happy with our 5 night stay!

Liked: Breakfast was good. Coffee machine did break down and I was only able to get one cup instead of two because maintenance had to fix it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable> Room overall was nice.
Disliked: Staff was not welcoming upon arrival. They were on their phones. I was not greeted. Once I said I needed to check in, they said the system was updating and I couldn't check in yet. I waited a good 15 minutes and still could not check in. I was getting irritated as it was getting late, I was tired, and ready to go to my room and relax. When I complained about the time, it was miraculously finally ready. They apologized but again were not friendly. A friendly welcome and explanation would have gone a long way.
